Charlene Vallee
Professional Experience
Mrs. Vallee has thirty-five years of public accounting experience in New Hampshire and California. She has extensive experience in taxation and auditing. Major areas of auditing are with nonprofit organizations.
Education
Mrs. Vallee received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the University of Southern New Hampshire in 1988 and a Master of Science degree in Taxation at Golden Gate University in San Francisco in 2004.

Community Service
Mrs. Vallee has served on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for a local nonprofit organization with a mission of delivering permanently affordable, high-quality housing to households throughout Merrimack County, New Hampshire.
Board of Directors for Nature Discovery Center in Contoocook New Hampshire. The mission of the Museum is to develop awareness and appreciation of the natural world and the environment through the Museum's hands-on and interactive collections, trails, and educational programs.

Kim Hennessey
Professional Experience
Mrs. Hennessey has thirty years of public accounting experience in New Hampshire. She works regularly with home owner associations and small businesses – along with a wide range of tax return clients.
Education
Mrs. Hennessey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the University of Southern New Hampshire in 1994. She received her certification in public accounting in the year 2000. She has also been a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2010.
Mrs. Hennessey has a passion for her clients and their success and well- being. She sets out to perform at a professional level with the absolute best possible outcome for the client.
